Ever wanted to make your own cheese but was unsure of how to do it….well this class will cover all the questions you ever wanted to know. This is a hands on workshop where you make your own cheese and get to take it home. There will also be lactic curd cheese to produce and we will finish off by making a traditional ricotta.
You May Achieve
The fundamental skills and the knowledge of how to make your own delicious range of cheese.
You Will Need To Bring Along
A range of items will be needed such as:
a 300 ml jar
a container to take your cheese home
an apron and a plate of food to share.
