Massage therapy is centred on reducing muscle tension to an even tone for each area to ensure a balanced and holistic treatment of the body. The mind and the body are intrinsically linked, and when the body is healthy, your mental health can easily follow suit. Massage therapy is focused on both aspects of your wellbeing.
This learning course will deal with specific areas of the body.
Do you sit at a desk way too long being on the computer with shoulders and back hunched over or are a tradesperson who needs to do heavy lifting, bending sideways to pick up or put down heavy items. Or doing too much in one weekend can cause aches and stress and the body not being able to cope.
