Using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.


If you are currently using or have used Microsoft office products this leaning course will take you to the next level beyond the basics. The specific products being Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
To gain the most from this course you will need some prior experience and use of these products.


  • Participants will require either a Desktop Computer or a laptop or tablet and you will need to be very familiar with the use of your device.
  • Internet access as this learning course will be delivered remotely online using video conferencing software.
  • Microsoft office installed on the device with excel, word and PowerPoint available. This must be an activated licence version of the products. A simple test is to start Word and ensure you open a blank document with no error messages listed.

You May Achieve

At the completion of the course you will be better able to carry out and complete tasks beyond the basics relating to Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
