SpringDale is offering as many of the usual services on-line or at a distance as we can. Our Classes for term 4 will be a mixture of face to face and via zoom. I will work with you to help you achieve your goals and may be able to help connect you up if you need it. Please apply even if the class has started, we may be able to connect you in. Learn how to make a sourdough Starter, how to look after and feed it, and then make a delicious boule style sourdough loaf as well as some currant buns, crumpets and sourdough pancakes. Hands on class with lots of information and fun to be had and let’s knead together.

The fundamentals to make a delicious range of bread, buns and crumpets.
