Learn basic Tai Chi principles and exercises for beginners. It is an easy to learn and enjoyable program, it is based on Sun Style/Yang style Tai Chi and consists of warm up and cool down exercises. The gentle and slow body movements practiced in this form of exercise also helps to relax muscles, strengthen bones, improve balance flexibility, coordination, prevent falls and manage pain.
As part of the session Tai Chi for arthritis, osteoporosis or for chronic conditions is also included.
You May Achieve
The health benefits from regular Tai Chi practice. You will be exposed to improving balance flexibility, coordination, prevent falls and manage pain.
