SpringDale is offering as many of the usual services on-line or at a distance as we can. Our Classes for term 4 will be a mixture of face to face and via zoom. I will work with you to help you achieve your goals and may be able to help connect you up if you need it. Please apply even if the class has started, we may be able to connect you in. Hatha yoga promotes wellbeing by bringing the body, mind and spirit back into harmony. Yoga classes enable people of all abilities and ages to gently work at their own level to improve their movement and bodily awareness through a range of yoga techniques. These include moving through various stretches, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation.

You May Achieve

The benefits of regular yoga practice include greater flexibility and movement, reduced stress and improved general fitness & wellbeing. Yoga can assist in managing chronic conditions including back pain. It may also help with relaxation, concentration and mind/body awareness.
