What We Do
Pole Walking is an advanced type of walking which involves a low impact workout that activates the core and postural muscles, increases fitness, and utilizes 90 % of both upper and lower body muscles. It is a social, versatile and affordable activity.
It’s great for those who want to incorporate
Walkers have included people from ages 30+ to 90+, and tuition is provided. Walking along 10 scenic rail trail or beachfront locations, some being of 2 kilometres distance, others 5 kilometres, and not crossing any roads.
Once you sign up, you’ll be provided with the meeting points; you don’t need to commit to being involved every week. You can just roll up, sign in for the morning’s walk, and sign out again when you’re done.
