What We Do
Lots of laughs and giggles as we pass a beach ball around the court. It is excellent for hand/eye co-ordination, stretching, anticipation and the occasional quick dash. We mix up the teams after each game and can normally fit in 4 games in a session. Our regular members, male and female, are aged from 50 to over 90, but anyone outside that range will certainly be made most welcome. Being able to laugh or giggle when you miss the ball or a shot goes wrong is the most vital requirement for a good team member. At the end of the session we adjourn to the one of the local cafés for a friendly chat and a coffee to replace those calories we have worked so hard to lose.

To attend any SpringDale Group you must be a member of SpringDale Neigbourhood Centre.
Annual Membership is $12.00. Life time membership is $100.00.
Each group charges a small donation fee payable to SpringDale Neighbourhood Centre to run the group activities.
