What We Do
If you are a carer and want to join in with other carers. Meet at SpringDale Neigbourhood centre and be ready to walk by 10.30 AM and then return to SpringDale. Then enjoy a chat and cuppa.
This is a gentle exercise that any carer can enjoy.
