What We Do
We love cycling. This is the perfect group if you like cycling or want to rekindle your interest in cycling. Rides vary in difficulty and they all start from SpringDale Neighbourhood Centre. New riders are always welcome. Shorter rides are graded to suit individual needs. Just come along and ride with friends and have a great time.

Donation: $2.00 per session
To attend any SpringDale Group you must be a member of SpringDale Neigbourhood Centre.
Annual Membership is $12.00. Life time membership is $100.00.
Each group charges a small donation fee payable to SpringDale Neighbourhood Centre to run the group activities.
